Please check:
1) You are using our last version - 2.4.13
2) Your Anti virus/Firewall doesn't block YouTube By Click access to the internet - Try to add YouTube By Click to the exception list of your Anti virus/Firewall.
If that doesn't help: go to the connections tab and mark the following option:
Use system proxy settingsDid you format your PC? Did you update for a new Windows? Did you buy a new PC?
